Let’s focus on the human side of communication, behaviour and work.
My name is Rosie, founder of Work Play Fit. I’m an endurance sports expert, behavioral scientist and an experienced strategic consultant. I’ve researched change in relation to work, organisations and activity. What I found out about the link between activity and outcomes for people and organisations was so fundamental and important I developed it into a service.
Work Play Fit delivers simple, common-sense solutions that enable people and organisations to experience the benefits of human-scale activities and intelligent, rational thinking alongside creativity. I work with you using clear methods that combine strategic consulting and innovation. My aim is to boost your outcomes by changing processes, relationships and behaviour.
This is the culmination of my professional experience with individuals, SMEs, public sector organisations and corporates to discover how they work more effectively both on a case by case basis. The focus I bring is on human solutions rather than a solely tech approach.
I’m known for my strength of character and ability to look at different perspectives. Although I have many qualifications I like the fact that I have good common sense and an understanding frankness that cuts through all of the platitudes that we all seem to be drowning in now! I am non-judgmental and know the difficulties that people face in today’s complex world. I’m curious about people and the way we behave as we do. I use this as a starting point for coaching, consulting and sharing stories.
My favourite environment is anywhere rural in the UK.
